Hurrah! After two weeks of staying the same (largely due to a heavy hen weekend and several meals out (although I was mostly v good)) I have lost a further 3 pounds - bringing the total weight loss to 10 pounds - getting near half way!
I'm actually finding it relatively 'easy' now and I am not half as hungry as before. I have developed a new fettish for smelling chocolate/cakes etc instead of ingesting them - far less calorific! I also seem to have started a bit of a trend - several friends/work colleagues/my mum have said they are "inspired" to lose some weight as well! Glad to be of service!
